The goal of both companies is to close the opportunity gap within the entertainment industry, demystify the process, encourage new voices to enter the marketplace, and model a career path for those traditionally without access.

 

We believe this is the right-angle approach.

 

MISSION

 

Our mission is to support the creation of a Black Creative Middle Class, build sustainable careers for independent producers of color, and address the need for systemic change, with measurable impact, thereby shifting the narrative to better reflect the diversity of our stories and human experience. 

 

We serve as an incubator, hub, pipeline, and sustained support system for creative producers of color, promoting qualified, talent, vetted people, and projects over 10 years.
