Building the Black Creative Middle Class
Cosi/gn Studios backs independent producers of color with the support, infrastructure, and access needed to move powerful work from idea to screen.
The Missing Middle
Black creative talent has always shaped what audiences watch, share, and remember. The next challenge is building the infrastructure around that talent - the capital, space, mentorship, networks, and long-term support that help producers move from one project to a sustainable creative business.
Cosi/gn Studios was created for that gap.
We work with vetted independent producers of color and original film and media projects, helping strengthen the path from idea to screen while building the conditions for sustainable creative careers.
The Model
Cosi/gn brings together the pieces independent producers need to build lasting creative businesses:
+ Creative development
+ Production and producing support
+ A curated slate of original film and media projects
+ Strategic partnerships across entertainment and culture
+ Access to mentorship, resources, and capital pathways
